Born in 1991, was first presented to the music at a young age of 5. He would spend hours and hours listing to songs and different genres, his mom commented. As the years went Baby Jay would become aware of the things around him wether good or bad. Being evicted and having to go door to door for food was such a struggle for him during his teen years. He does not like to bring those memories back. To Baby Jay the only hero he has is his mom, reason being that she has being a workaholic just to support her family of four. Jay too was no stranger to work and did not care how the money came it just had to be done.
Baby Jay was about to not graduate but with a few guidance and rethinking he has done so making him the first out his family generation to graduate. Built tough from different combinations of hate, discrimination, and ignorance only making him more understanding of the world. During his senior year he decided it was time to step and do something big with his life and make himself better in every possible way. He always knew he had a unique way of expressing himself the way he talked and the things he came up with. He set forth top reach what a lot of young people are doing in todays music industry and that is to become a rap star and make it big in HollyWood.
There was only one problem he had no money to start his own studio, because helping out with the bills was always priority. Baby Jay could not sleep and had to figure something out, he finally thought of what became know in his stage of life recording from a laptop. By downloading instrumentals in his lap top than recording by freestyle and whatever he thought of. Meanwhile this was going on he finally saved up enough money to buy his won studio and that same say he released his first cd. People passed his cd down to people and so it spread like wildfire. He was surprised of all the support and good feedback.
After graduation he moved out of his location to salem, oregon to reach out to a larger crowd.
Today he releases his oldies album tittled, "Old-fashion" and later soon.. his own beats with out any proffesional help. He has told me eyy it may not be the best beats but i gotta work with what i got. But im sure ill see everyones jaw drop.
