Glockz.. a.k.a Algie Hunter... I started rapping in 1995 while incarcerated, i was taught by a Slash rappa by the name of O-Dizzle a.k.a Yankee... Moving from Ragga (Chatting) to Rap was quite easy and i found that i already had a Rap flow... Yankee just taught me about my delivery, and the way to make my flow stand out... Upon release in feb 1999 I joined Smokes and Bluntz, now known as The SB Family... My first track was a feature with Mad Max, Funny, and Biggs... I think i appeared on 5/6 tracks on the Triple X Album.. At that time I didn't like to write so of my verses were freestyle on the SB albums its what i am best at... In 2000 I was involved in a Car accident broke my neck almost gone but still here, i was Incarcerated again in march the next year... After Serving 2 years I Came out in 2003 and created "Forbidden Scriptures" my debut album with work from SB, Nick Stez an Mr 45. Featuring, Yung Marv, Rappa, A.T, Shaq, and Smokes... I then concentrated on "The Mixtape" with SB on which I performed a Solo track dedicated to "Donzal".. R.I.P Fam... "So Many".. After The SB Album i then worked on a Album "In Our Hood" with "SwitchBlade" from "Landlordz".. The album has 18 tracks and was produced by ourselves with the help of "Selim" from "Footprint Studios'' After track 15 I was then again incarcerated leaving "SwitchBlade, PhatFace, and Lance-a-Lot" to complete the album... Upon release in 2009 i completed a mixtape "Release" only couple tracks.. but then in 2010/11 I worked with Beatslingers on my 2nd album “Jail Cells & Barz” features on this abum from “Switchblade, Danny Weed, Deekz, Benny Blanko, Qubez, Marceline Deneeze, K-Kez, Phatface, Dubz, Fern Cherie, Jasmine Eljay, Marvellous, Genius.. I am currently working on a album “The Revelations of Sir Algie-Non Pimms”... i've rapped with many but liked a few... I believe music should send a message and i try to be careful what i send out nowadays... So keep posted...
