Hard Rock band Lock-17 is based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The band recently recorded and released their EP “Release the Monster” and then dove into the scene. Listeners responded and immediately created a buzz. Enough buzz to land Lock-17 playing with 3 national acts in there first 8 shows. Lock-17’s line up includes Rusty Wigham (guitar), Craven Harris (guitar), Rick Wescott (Bass), Justin Combs (drums) and front man,Dewayne Clifton. The band wanted their first cd to be heavy but still have a melody. They recorded and produced their first EP and put Eric Greedy (Hurt) in charge of mixing. Lock-17 then passed along their EP to radio stations in Oklahoma and surrounding states and to their surprise 4 different songs where chosen to air. The band is already heading back in to the studio to record a full album and scheduling a date to shoot their second music video by request of fans. Lock-17 is very proud to be a part of the OKC music scene.
